How I wish it would be me
Becoming more meaningful in mass insight.
I can’t make great height.
I wish it could be me to be free.
Amending, healing, maverick might
Takes seeing my detriment blustering, cruel, muteness to soaring heights.
Can this be autism’s betrayal
Making me frail?
I wish it could be me to be free.
Happy heart hanging on my hopes
To make real speech be so reproach.
Still, my broken heart continues to float.
I wish it could be me to be free
Capturing my intelligence for all to see.
Inspiring tenderly
Like the universe eternity.
I wish it could be me.
