Cover with damp towel and allow to rise until double in size (about 90 minutes)
Punch down after 90 mins and shape in to either, two round loaves, braided loaves, you could also make it into two regular loaves of bread or 24 dinner rolls.
Cover with damp towels and allow to rise for about 60 mins until doubled in size
Brush with egg and bake in 350 degree oven for 25- 30 mins
Remove from oven, let cool, and Enjoy.
I love this recipe because it takes so good and I love using it for a tuna sandwich. Besides, it is great because it is a family recipe and those are always amazing.
