Chicken Wings-
1 ½ lbs. of boneless chicken or 3 lbs bone-in chicken wings
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground Ginger
1 tbsp. + 1/s tsp granulated garlic
1 large pinch Oregano
1 large pinch Cilantro
1 large pinch Basil
1 large pinch caraway seeds
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp. Tomato sauce
Approx. 2 CUPS of water
½ cup flour
Instructions-
In a sauce pot, place the water and tomato sauce stir and let simmer. Next stir all the spices together. After the water boils add some of the flour until the sauce is ready.
Wash the chicken and put it on a baking tray. Next, sprinkle the rest of the flour over the chicken and pour the sauce over the chicken. Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees f and place the chicken into the oven until the excess sauce is bubbly and the chicken is golden brown. Make one recipe of ranch dressing- take the chicken out of the oven, serve with or without celery and carrots... enjoy.
Ranch Dressing
Approx. 2 scoops of mayonnaise
A sprinkling of thyme
A sprinkling of cilantro
A little bit of water
Instructions –
In a small bowl place the mayonnaise, thyme, and cilantro and stir. After that is all mixed together add water and stir. Finally serve with chicken wings and enjoy.
