Our continuing mission:

Christina Relich

Christina is a 16-year old artist/writer who lives in Richmond, Kentucky. She has been in K12 schooling since 7th grade, and now has high hopes for a successful future and good college opportunities. She loves to draw, paint, and create poems and fiction stories in her spare time. Other hobbies of hers include horse riding, reading, scouting, and church activities. This is her third year with the iGlobe and she cannot wait to spread her love for creativity. She believes that anyone can find inspiration if they look at the world not only with their eyes, but with their heart.

Gabrielle Toutin

Gabrielle Toutin is a 14- year-old aspiring ornithologist, physicist, musician, and game designer who is in 9th grade and believes Star Trek, They Might Be Giants and birds are the most awesome things in the universe. She plays guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, accordion, Stylophone, and a few other instruments less well than those listed. She lives in Austin, Texas with her family and two adorable parakeets. She loves writing articles (especially about science) for the iGlobe. She also likes writing songs and computer programs and looking at neat science articles.

Kendall Haney

Self-proclaimed Jr. Infectious Disease Correspondent for the iGlobe, Kendall Haney is a sovereign authority on everything and absolutely nothing all at the same time. At nearly not fourteen years old any longer, she has no intention of moving out of her attic. Ever. She is happy with her hobbies of couch potato-ing, video gaming and is a professional naysayer. Writing is a side gig. That said, she can usually be talked into trying most things once.  Once.  By her mother.  Make sure you are her mother.  Sadly, adulthood is around the corner and she will likely have to dream a bigger dream if she intends to continue her weekly Wendy’s cheeseburger habit.  Then again, they might be hiring. There is a possibility she'll go to medical school, but overall has no plans for the future. Motto: Eh. Just don’t ask.

Christian Dejeu

Fifteen-year-old Christian Dejeu lives in a suburb town outside of Boston, Massachusetts attending International Academy for his second year. He has explored many places near and far; from England, France, Serbia, and Romania to St. Kitts, Caribbean Islands and throughout various states in the USA, with his favorite being the island of Kauai, Hawaii. He plays competitive soccer, as well as, referees youth soccer. Practicing Classical Okinawan Karate for many years he works diligently towards earning his black belt. He loves a great story and enjoys audio books, as well as, using words cleverly. He looks forward to sharing his thoughts in writing, “see something say something,” or perhaps, “say something and then see something happen.”

Fatima Younis

Fatima Younis, in her second year as a sports writer for the K12 iGlobe, has a permanent obsession with ice hockey. Fatima’s passion is to play ice hockey, and she also loves watching NHL, OHL, WHL and KHL hockey. Her favourite NHL team is the Washington Capitals; however, she also follows the Montreal Canadiens, Detroit Red Wings and Los Angeles Kings. Her favourite WHL team is the Regina Pats, her favourite OHL team is the Oshawa Generals, and her favourite KHL team is Traktor Chelyabinsk. She has been to five Capitals games, has a Peter Bondra jersey signed by all the 2003-04 Capitals players, and plays road hockey with her brother on the weekends. Her room is hockey-themed, and her dream is to meet hockey players Pavel Datsyuk and Sidney Crosby. As well as that, not a day goes by without her thinking about hockey. Is there anything else she enjoys? Well, when she’s not busy with hockey, she hikes, watches curling, snowboarding and lacrosse, plays baseball with her brother, and loves to travel and see new places. Motto: “Got stick?”

Gary Shum

Gary Shum is 15 years old and is currently enrolled in the K12 International Academy. Although primarily categorized as rare and elusive, he occasionally peeps out of his hobbit hole from time to time to write for the iGlobe.  His hobbies include reading, writing, and staying as far away from sunlight as he possibly can.

Remi Toutin

12-year-old Remi Toutin lives in Austin, Texas. He is currently going into 7th grade at iCademy. He has a love for prehistoric animals and is an aspiring paleontologist. He also enjoys drawing, reading, swimming, playing the ukulele, and playing Minecraft. His favorite types of things to submit to iGlobe: nonfiction articles, short stories, and even a few comic strips!

Rachael Hannah

Hi, my name is Rachael Hannah. I love writing, sewing, doing crafts, and playing with my dolls.
For the iGlobe, I am writing articles about where you can get involved and reviewing different clubs.

Baxter Wilson-Rul

Baxter is eleven years old and this is his first year at K-12 International Academy. He has nonverbal autism but communicates by pointing to letters on a letter board. He gallantly captures meaningful belief in learning that marvelous education helps inspire both maverick typical children and heroic children struggling with autism. Baxter lives in Austin, TX with courageous, hallmark Moms and enjoys having meaningful, fun, and laughter with amazing friends and family.  He enjoys writing about autism, playing chess, and is learning to play the piano.
