According to Japanese photographer Ariko Inaoka, Erna and Hrefna-the Icelandic twin girls whom she has been photographing every year since 2009-have told her, “We dream same dreams sometimes.” Inaoka, through her photography, wants to depict the unique relationship between the sisters; she claims that they are so close that their relationship almost seems telepathic.
